BOOKING AND PAYMENT
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 of the total service cost is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid seven(7) days before the scheduled event date, as per the terms and conditions put forth on this page.
- Cancellations made seven(7) days or less before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
- For booking cancellations made by Isugarcoat for whichever reason, the client will receive their deposit in full.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
EVENT DETAILS
- Extra charges will apply for events that exceed the agreed-upon duration. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the event extension..
- For events outside the Greater London Area or locations outside Accra, Ghana, additional charges will apply to cover transportation and logistics. The specific charges will be provided upon inquiry.
- It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate event details, including the venue address, contact person, and any special instructions, at least seven(7) days before the event. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or service unavailability.
LATE ARRIVALS
DAMAGES AND LOSSES
- The catering team will make every effort to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. However, the client understands that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the event of a significant delay, the client will be notified, and arrangements will be made to minimize the impact on the service.
- The client is responsible for any damages or losses to the catering equipment or setup caused by the client or their guests during the event. The client agrees to reimburse Isugarcoat Catering Services for any repair or replacement costs
FORCE MEJEURE
Isugarcoat Catering Services shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances as per the terms of conditions stated on this page.
