Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for bookings made with iSugarCoat.

1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your date and allow us to begin preparations.

2.Customer Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event:

  • Deposit: Non-refundable
  • Any additional payments: Fully refundable

7–14 days before the event:

  • Deposit: Non-refundable
  • 50% of the remaining balance is refundable

Less than 7 days before the event:

  • No refunds (deposit + remaining balance)
    This is due to perishable inventory and staffing already booked.

3. Date Changes / Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule the event once, at least 10 days in advance.

New date must be within 12 months and subject to availability.

Deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Reschedule requests less than 7 days before the event may incur a fee.

4. Cancellations by iSugarCoat

We may cancel due to emergencies such as:

  • Severe illness
  • Accidents
  • Extreme weather
  • Unforeseen operational issues

If we must cancel, you will receive:

  • A full refund including deposit OR
  • Option to reschedule at no extra cost

This is the only situation where deposits are refundable.

5. Quality Concerns

If you experience an issue with our service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of the event
  • Provide photos or details
    We will investigate and may offer:
  • A partial refund
  • A discount on your next booking
  • A complimentary fruit arrangement (case-dependent)

6. Non-Attendance / Inaccessible Venue

No refunds will be issued if:

  • We cannot access the venue at the agreed time
  • Incorrect address was provided
  • No one is available to receive the delivery
  • Venue denies entry for reasons outside our control

You may be charged for redelivery.
