We specialise in fruit decoration and catering for weddings, birthdays, corporate lunches, engagement parties, and private events.
2. Booking & Orders
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- All event bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or through our website.
- A deposit (percentage or fixed amount to be inserted) is required to secure your date.
- No date is guaranteed until the deposit is received.
2.2 Event Details
You must provide accurate event details such as:
- Event date, time, and venue
- Number of guests
- Special requests or dietary needs
- Access instructions (parking, set-up area, etc.)
Changes must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing
Prices vary depending on:
- Event type
- Number of guests
- Custom fruit arrangements
- Travel distance
- Additional services requested
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings are NOT affected.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Deposits are due immediately after booking.
- Full payment is required no later than 5 days before the event.
- Late payments may result in cancellation.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer
- Debit/credit card
- PayPal
- Mobile money (if applicable)
4. Delivery, Set-up & Service
4.1 Delivery
We deliver across London and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply.
4.2 Set-up
We require:
- Access to the venue at least 1–2 hours before the event
- A clean work area
- A table or stand (unless agreed that we provide one)
4.3 Photography Consent
We may photograph our setups for portfolio and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before the event.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
Our fruit arrangements use fresh produce. While we do not use nuts in traditional fruit displays, cross-contamination may occur.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify guests about possible allergens.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure safe access to the venue
- Provide accurate event information
- Handle our equipment with care (if on-site throughout the event)
Any damage to our equipment caused by guests may be charged to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
iSugarCoat is not liable for:
- Event disruptions outside our control (weather, venue restrictions, delays caused by third parties)
- Allergies not communicated in advance
- Guest behaviour or mishandling of our setup
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
